I love Venmo. But big clients still send me checks. Either way, the best part is getting paid!

1. Direct deposit. 2. Checks. PayPal and cash are pretty small-time, but great if you like to cheat on your taxes.

Cash is king. I’ve taken payments through PayPal family/friends and that’s been great. Are they a serious client paying you via 1099? Or is it one off stuff?

I send monthly n30 invoices for retainer, upfront and project wrap invoices are n30 too. Clients mostly pay by check but I have a few who recently asked me to set up direct deposit. Works for me!

I’ve been very happy with direct deposit. No fees on either end, and immediate payment
