Hi Fishes - Recently I got offer from SAP labs
YOE - 14 years
Tech stack - Java, AWS, devops & microservices
Current CTC - 20 LPA (current year appraisal is pending).
SAP offer TCTC - 54.4 LPA
Fixed - 36.5 + 6.5 variable+4 joining Bonus+1.6 stocks per year.
Benefits - 5.8 (higher education is 5 lakhs which is almost useless).

USA offer is 85k USD, however it is not from my current company. It is from consultancy. So, I need to bear insurance myself.

I’m thinking about applying at WTW for a Senior Account Manager role in the Chicago office. How do referrals work at WTW? Question regarding health insurance: I am going to be giving notice later this month and new insurance does not take effect until 1st if the month after 30 days of employment. So, I will most likely have a gap of one month with no insurance. Is that looked at as a bad thing in regards to insurance companies and what they will cover in the future? Hi, Shell has shared the letter of Employment (LOE) and asked for some documents almost 1 months ago. After that no updates. When they will start other formalities like BGV. My joining is on Feb 2023.

I am 7 years out in a transactional practice (real estate) and have an opportunity to move in house at a regionally respected company from a midsize firm. I have WFH flexibility at my current firm but bill about 1850-1900 per year. It would be about a 25% paycut. I have also been offered partnership starting in 2022 if I stay - not entirely clear what that long term structure looks like (would have to develop a partially independent book in next 3-5 years).
