Hi does anyone know the mat leave policy at Shopify? I am currently 4 months pregnant and was not looking for a new job . I was recently contacted by a recruiter who thinks I am a good fit for the role. I am not sure if I should go ahead with the interview process as many companies have probation period of like 6 months or so before the mat leaves kick in . Does any one have any idea how things work at Shopify?
P.S : I really like Shopify as a company and would want go work for them one day .

Got an offer from Pre IPO unicorn. It is my first time getting stock options and I need your advice. They are offering 10k stock options vesting in 4 years, strike price is $4. Current value of the stock is estimated at $10 and at the time of IPO it will be around $21. How should I calculate this stock value to TC?

Do I add 15k (6*10k/4) or 42.5k (17*10k/4) to the TC?
