Palo Alto is just a suburb that won the lottery. Boulder is the king of suburbs - although it's separated by farms from Denver and is really more of it's own self contained town.

I interviewed for an L6 Sr program manager role and was offered an L5 program manager position at amazon. I have 5 YEO and a masters. I saw the L5 role only asks for 2 YEO. TC for the L5 is slightly more than I make now. Would accepting this be a good long term move? Would I be taking a step backwards?
