What’s the best way to approach exiting from MBB at post-MBA level to PE? Recruiters don’t really reach out at my level, but I have experience (VC) and technical background (MD, analytics) that I think there could be some funds that are a fit. Any recommendations?

I’ve been working in a corporate office doing administrative tasks at a private practice for about 2 years. I’ve got my bachelor’s degree in allied health and 4 years experience working as an EMT.
