Hi fishes! I’m told Deloitte will send me an offer for a Specialist Director role.

I found some here discussions about the specialist path, and it does make sense with my niche technical skills.

What I did not found is info about a “Specialist Director” level. Would any of you have information about that one? 🧐

If that give context, I’m currently a Principal Director (CL.5) at Accenture (Aka Associate Director, one level below MD).

After you received your offer, how long did you have to confirm you accepted it? One week? One month?
