WPP sub-agency is not giving me the
promotion salary I am asking for
despite running the entire department
for more than 2 years. The salary I am
asking for is what an external hire
would get, they are saying percentage
wise they can't do that "in the system
and also need to wait for annual
raises. Yet I've never once had an
annual raise at WPP w/o title change.
Anyone have any luck with this? I also
found out I am paid 15% less than my
male counterpart w/ same title, exp,
and less work.

Hey Fishes, Bitcoin will drop to 14k, I know you will want to argue because you are a holder 😂 but be sure I said so today, but the good news is that 80% of crypto traders that know how to manage their emotions will smile more. I’ll advise you all go do a proper research and learn how to trade crypto if you are a lover so you can smile as well either in bullish or bearish

Hi Fishes, need your suggestions, my profile was shortlisted for a position and a new CID was created on the Accenture careers page on 29th July. The recruiter took my profile from a job portal. They haven't scheduled an interview yet, but I see a section to upload to all my documents on the portal (on the right it says To do pending with me). Even without scheduling interviews do you update PAN, payslips etc., ? I'm confused

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
Thanks for any help!
