Is there any client round after joining LTI ?
Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.
It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.
UX designers & hiring managers, what are the skills a designer must have to be "qualified" for a UX position? Keywords on resume? Certifications? Thank you all in advance!

You'll likely be asked about the "only one year" thing, so have a solid answer. Something that paints it as wanting to do something new (optimistic) rather than not wanting to do what you're doing now (which might be perceived as you having poor judgment or being negative). Besides that it's going to be similar to other interviews. When they ask behavioral questions about past experiences they'll expect you to draw from your experiences at school in addition to work since you spent more time there.
Also does it look bad leaving after a year? I was sold on a false promise and tech consulting just isn’t something for me. Am not a techy gal
