Need advise. I am proud of my role now. But its a big responsibility. I also became a first time mother 3 years ago. I applied for a new job which also manages people but it can give me the work life balance that I needed base on their structure.got a call today and was told I wouldn’t be getting the manager role but they’d love to have me as their client support engineer and invest in me technically and see lots of potential. 30% plus of my current pay and work life balance. Would you take it?
