What’s the coolest sporty Lexus? Ideally newer than 2015 and around $20k max. The ES 350 is close but the style is kinda meh. Anything else I should look at?

Get an IS or GS F sport if they’re in your price range

funny

Note that it’s a GS 350 F sport, not a GS F. If you do find a GS F for $20k buy it.

2017+ Lexus IS is awesome but outside price range
I would suggest a 15/16 is300/350, try to find one with the radar cruise control, life changing!

I’d say a 2012 ISF

Doubt that’ll happen for sub 20k

Hi all, new to fishbowl. I am currently a PTA working in homecare. I am considering changing career paths to non-clinical. Everything I search for available jobs in the pay range that I need seems to come up as sales, (Sr, executive, etc) I have zero sales experience, but could see myself working as a healthcare liason, recruiter, care coordinator, or pharm sales rep. I live in Dayton, OH. I would love some insight or feedback. I also see Gpac recruiting popping up, is this a reputable co? Ty!

Have any of you taken "low bono" clients while working at a firm? I want to take on a low bono client or two but not sure who would get the money. This is a contract opportunity through a non profit so I'm assuming a 1099 will be issued. The per hour rate is significantly less than my billable rate. I would (obviously) like the money but my real objective is just getting experience/networking since I recently moved to a new state and don't have clients of my own.

Is the offer good enough for my experience?

Looking for ideas for fun summer weekend toy car. Wife & I have daily drivers and we live up north where number of warm days is small. Looking for ideas something cheap (sub $25K) but fun on country roads when I don't have weekend kids car pool duty.

Everyone is getting 987 Boxsters or Miatas. I like those but prefer something more unusual or different. Thought about TVR 280 but maintenance in US can be tough. Thought Vanderhall but want "real car" with 3 pedals.

Is anyone else concerned about the direction the automotive world is heading in, and the overall bigger impact to society when no one can afford to own/have a car? I feel like there’s a perfect storm brewing and with the help of Covid and chip shortages and senseless forced adoption of EVs, in a few years common ppl won’t be able to afford a car and even those in upper income classes will be hard pressed. And when people can’t travel freely on their own, that will have downstream FX on society

I ordered a Tesla model 3 SR in April and I am able to take delivery this weekend, however I’m now unsure of whether it’s the right move financially. I have a lease on a 2020 BMW X3 that will end next month and was wondering if I should just buy that out and drive it for a few years. If it makes a difference I’m in SoCal so gas is $$$, but no EV charging in my apartment.

Tesla: $830/month + charging and insurance
BMW: $600/m + $150 gas + maint/insurance

Any thoughts? Is the Tesla worth it?
