Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers. For Netflix maybe have different different APIs for signing up vs scrolling through possible movies?

Hi all, I'm going to be transparent about my ENTIRE situation. I was released from FLDOC in 2016. I was offered a position at a local non profit. I've been there almost 6 years and am now a board member and an Executive Director. I'm being paid an hourly based salary.. Less than 40k per year. I run the entire organization alone which consists of 6 properties with over 25 tenants at capacity I also, find the houses to purchase, hire contractors, clean, collect rent, find and interview tenants!

PwC released the offer letter yesterday but didn't mention any specific amount or percentage in variable component. During HR discussion HR told we will get at least 10% as variable pay. Can anybody please guide how is the Variable pay in PwC. Joining as Manager in technology Consulting. 9.4 years of experience and offered 25 Lpa as fixed component.
