I'm a preschool teacher with a Master's & 10+ YOE in the field. I am currently looking to make a career change/ positions out of the classroom. What companies or jobs would I be able to use my skills without starting from 0? It could be in the vein of education or something completely different. The new school year is about to start & I've been job hunting with no luck. I have such high anxiety and depression thinking about having to go back to the classroom in a few weeks. I hate it! HELP!

Do vendors provide the agency with a pre-pro book prior to the shoot if it’s a simple drop kit, taking head?

Not sure if there’s a need for it since it’s not a complicated shoot (single cam, direct shot to talent answering questions) but wanted to get a sense. Client wants a meeting the day before the shoot to talk about the production (which we have done a few times already), so not sure if it makes sense to have a formal PPB for this meeting. Thoughts?

What are your strategies for kids who always do whatever they want?

Constantly throw pencils and erasers, talk, call out, wander into the hallway, etc.
We’ve agreed on expectations, modeled them, practiced during choice time, emailed home, but about 3 fourth grade boys in a class of 28 are always doing whatever they feel like and distracting others.
Ideas? I wish “clip down” charts weren’t frowned upon and I could do this and have them lose a concrete privilege each time.

I was in close contact on Halloween with someone who tested positive earlier this week. My boyfriend (a tax accountant) was told not to return to work until he had a negative test. My principal said as long as I'm not having symptoms I don't need to get tested... I took today off to get a test. My co teacher is pregnant I'm not taking ANY chances of exposing her.
