I was recently contacted by a recruiter about an Of Counsel position at Fisher Phillips (SoCal). Can anyone provide any insight on this position? Pay, WLB, firm culture, etc.? Would be switching from Plaintiff’s side L&E.

Per my call with HR today, apparently 9 weeks of PTO in 1 year was more than what leadership had in mind per employee when the firm switched to unlimited PTO last year. Feeling ripped off. Make 120k and got a $3500 signing bonus as a Senior Consultant in DC office. 6 YOE in relevant field (not consulting, but in required skill sets). Was naïve as this was my first consulting gig.
