What’s the culture like at Saatchi (NY/LA/elsewhere)? Good people, not a sweatshop?

Does anyone know of satori consulting? Anyone had worked there or knows anything about culture outside of the small online reviews.

Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Now I need to regain trust and eliminate unacceptable teacher behaviors. Open to any and all advice.

My husband’s family is very different from my family. They didn’t spend much on the wedding, which is troubling me and I keep getting reminded of that. My husband and I fight a lot over this. This is really spoiling our relationship. How do I come to terms with his family not having a house in our native or being very frugal? I come from the European culture of education where teachers are highly respected - very much like in the Japanese society where teachers get the utmost respect, as high as if not even higher than doctors / surgeons.

Students stand up when the teacher enters the classroom, say “hello” when seen in the hallway, etc. Teachers are (or at least are expected to be) GIVEN the respect by students. Seems in the US respect has to be EARNED.

Tldr; stay at toxic tech company with no career growth and launch my own business on the side, OR look for another job for career/seniority growth but lose on starting my own thing in parallel for now.

I work in M&A at a large global UK law firm and one of the partners that I do most of my work for has a tendency to look over my work, have me turn comments and tell me that it looks good and ready to send just to add additional wording/clauses/provisions (I know this since I’m looking into all sent documentation to try and learn and progress).
