I worked at a company for 2 years, promoted 3 times and up for a 4th. However, I was sexually harrassed by an upper manager and the place became a very hostile environment that I had to resign from. It's been 2 years and I have worked at several companies that were toxic and underpaid but did not know it at the time. I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment. I’m having a lot of trouble getting used to how unstructured the startup is. It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case. Is this just the general startup environment? If you experienced this before, how did you deal with It?

Is there a cooling period with Amazon for applying after you got through power days. The feedback I got was that they went with a candidate that is a better fit for the position which doesn’t sound negative on my part.

What are the best apps you’ve used for tracking your team’s travel? Particularly interested in flight tracking apps but open to all suggestions!
