Hey everyone! My friend is a recent graduate from a non-target school and she’s really interested in pursuing a change management consulting position. Unfortunately, she didn’t get the chance to apply during Fall 2019 and it looks like it’ll be tough for her to recruit right now. Would she be able to go through the campus recruiting pipeline this upcoming Fall as a recent graduate?

How would you answer this question in an interview: “what are two things you are apprehensive of about this position?” I wasn’t prepared for this question so that’s probably where I bombed the interview. Whatever there’s other jobs, but for future reference what good examples you have so I can prepare again?

Every time I speak to my director (at least twice a week), he works in how he is getting older into the conversation(humorously). For instance, he forgot something non-work related, said “sign of old age”. He recently told a story, said, this is how old people talk.
