Really interested in ML Engineering/DS type work and considering an online MS in either CS or DS. Specifically online MSCS at GATech or UofI, or MIDS @ Berkeley. I have a non-CS engineering degree and ~3 YOE working in a data engineer type role. Should I go for a data science or computer science route?

I have a non-conventional background and looking for advice on where to look: user research/UX/design thinking, rolling out new digital products for non-technical users in international organizations and government. Looking to move into tech or private sector but I don’t have a “tech” background (ie no coding or dev). Thanks for your insights!

When you leave a position for another agency, do you tell your manager where you are going? I will potentially be resigning for the first time for a promo elsewhere, so unsure of procedure.
