Anyone take the CFF exam?
So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

Usually 5 unless something is off. Even having an average 4 star rating could impact their livelihood.
Just remember that they can rate you too...
Also always 5 unless service wasn't good.
Everyone gets a 5 unless the ride is terrible//takes to long for weird reasons other than traffic.
Their livelihoods depend on those ratings. If I hey go below 4 they can't ride. Always give a 5, these guys have it tough enough that they need to ride us around all day. Plus most work another job
oh of you give me a 4 ill give you a one.
When you rate anything less than 5 it automatically prompts "what went wrong?" That suggests the default should be 5 (for me it is) and anything less should be an exception
Always fives unless they really fuck up, then a four. Fours can hurt the driver
5 but something like too hot, too cold, weird smell, or talked too much can lead to a 4. Make it apparent you're not tech savvy and can't get me to my destination via the fastest route, then maybe a 3. This isn't elementary school. We don't all pass. And to be honest, I wouldn't go back to a hair stylist that was a 3 out of 5.
