Hi Fishes, I cleared technical and MCQ round at Accenture. And got a mail stating i have been selected for HR round. Later the same day a hr called and asked me to upload all documents and asked my expected CTC and stuff. Earlier in portal it was showing interviewing , now it shows review or pending and has a message ' we regret to inform that you experience does not align with req, we will contact if anything comes up' , what does this mean. How can they put something like this?

Got offer from JPMorgan Chase , but variable pay percent was not mentioned in it. HR told it will be around 10-12% . Is it true? It's for VP/602/Commercial Banking? How much we variable pay will get annually? Can someone help as based on this only in have to decide whether, I can go with counter offer or not?
I have a weird experience with KPMG India . Two weeks ago I had salary negotiation with the HR manager. He told me that the offer will be released in a couple of days but I haven't received the offer letter yet.I tried reaching out to the HR manager but didn't receive any response. Shall I take it as no?

If you're taking about Annual Bonus then it is also like Variable where it depends on Company and your performance
Maybe the time of payment can be varied...some pays it Semesterly or some Yearly
If this is Joining Bonus or Relocation bonus it will be paid to you in 1st Month salary after tax deduction
So one should prefer VP over Bonus ? Considering bonus is paid yearly and not a mandatory compensation.

bonus you will get 100% and it is guaranteed.
Variable pay may or may not be given to you , i mean youn can get 0% to 100% of your variable pay on the basis of other factors like your performance, companys performance etc
Bonus is not guaranteed either, I don’t think it’s mentioned in the offer letter too.
Variable pay is part of your CTC and bonus is outside your CTC
