Hi TCSERS Tata Consultancy
Are you guys asked to work for 3days a week ? If so, are you strictly following it ? Mine starts from next week but I am planning to go twice per week( office is 120km from my home and will be travelling by train). Can't immediate shift as my kid is studying at a school in my hometown. Will there be any problem if I work for 2 days from office and rest 3days from home ? Will there be any strict actions taken?
Looking for some genuine reply.

Integrated producer: different everywhere, I would read specifics of the job description. Could be broadcast plus ability to tackle small print or activation ideas, could mean a digital producer, could mean something else
Art producer: typically used interchangeably with print producer
EP: very senior producer who oversees an entire piece of business and more junior producers on that business. Half boots on the ground producer, half manger
Hi all- thanks for this. I know they are not the same, but from a job listing POV I find they are often used interchangeably. With all of these titles, I find that every agency and company uses them differently to mean different things
Y’all are the best. The responses so far are incredibly insightful. Thank you!
Hah of course, well if you know anyone looking for a mid-level Art producer let me know! Not quite ready for the freelance life yet
depends on the agency as definitions vary.
disagree with producer1 on art/print. there are some who can do both but: art = working with creative partners for photography, illustration production or licensing. print = ability to oversee creation and implementation of mechanicals and print process. some are also great at other physical production of physical assets to be used that may involve printing or stitching, etc. on and creation of an item.
integrated has the greatest variance in definition.
Integrated: expected to be able to handle anything from digital (websites, social, AR, etc) to live action (social, broadcast, etc). Pretty much can pull any role.
Art: Still shoots, CGI, etc
EP: Like the other person said, half producer (integrated essentially. Can produce anything), half manager
At the end of the day, look at what do the agency do. If they are not that ‘integrated’ after all, the meaning of ‘integrated’ would be very different. One key factor is to look at the hierarchy of the team and where that role is placed. (e.g. does the integrated producer supervise the art producer, broadcast producer, social producer, etc or are they ‘on their own’?) A Prime Minister in one country works very differently from another Prime Minister of another!
