3 years GT Audit - manage small team, manage engagements, audit etc

2 years Industry Accounting - manage small team, improve monthly processes, month-end close, reconciliations, generate financial reports, generate budget and forecasts

I joined AAS after a year of audit and am kinda regretting it because people treat me even lesser than when I was A1 in audit because I'm a staff. I'm one of like 3 staff in my group and it's uncommon. Any advice? Wishing I stuck it out in audit to come in as a senior

Accounting advisory folks: is it better to exit to industry before manager or just after making manager? I would like to stay till manager, but I also don’t want to get stuck because I stayed too long.
