What’s the difference between IB and working PE? I’m not finding a clear difference on google

Having a rough day - single, older & treated poorly by current mgr. I know this is just the way my brain chemistry works sometimes but need to hear about something good in the world (not about me).

Call me crazy but, I took a 78k pay cut to go work for the Maryland government. Stability is nice but I really will need to get used to the wage difference.

Could someone please suggest how to handle this situation?
My manager (Technology Director) sees me as an emerging thread to his position and stopped sharing details / trying to avoid including me in visible projects etc.,
FYI - His manager is the division head and Managing Director.
Why I think my manager tries to move me out?
- I am 18 YOE with a technically strong background
- Upper mgmt is starting to identify me as the backup for all systems. My manager tries to move me out since then

Already seeing the pitfall of the bill having to be lengthy to detail when the work was done. I’m just so tired of people thinking I have to be available 24/7 at their convenience. I feel like clients would become way more reasonable

Yesterday was a good day. I was really impressed with myself. I woke up at 5, practiced dance lessons, did two water colors, made breakfast and tea, got to work by 10, put in 8-10 hours of solid work and then came home. It’s been ages since I painted or danced.
However today, I slept till 7:00, did not work out or have food. Still got to work by 10 and did 8 solid hours of work.
Some days are good and some are just okay. And that is okay. Trying to build on my good days and we all can. :)
