What's the difference between manager and senior manager role in cg?

My husband and I are going to start trying soon and are trying to get on the same page regarding childcare. I suggested daycare but my husband says he absolutely doesn’t want a “stranger” watching our child. Instead, he wants our moms to watch our child. My mom doesn’t have the best health and can’t really be relied on so that leaves his mom. I’ve said for years that I don’t want our moms to be our childcare. Is there a way to compromise here? Any idea that’s not a parent = stranger to him 😩

If you were offered a role at a company where there was little to no diversity within the group you were interviewing for (not even at the level you were interviewing for, or at senior leadership level) would this be a red flag for you in terms of culture, & potential opportunities? I want to keep an open mind but this company has been around for 20 years. The people I interviewed with were great but im concerned that there’s a larger problem at play. Thoughts?

Does anybody else feel like they are in a traumatic and very abusive relationship with their firm? My entire work experience at Deloitte is the main trigger of my anxiety and depression. I’ve finished all the interviews with both company A and B. I have received an offer from company B. So I asked company A to speed up the process because my offer from company B will expire in few days.

However, company A still hasn’t got back to me with an offer in writing after two days.

How do y’all handle attorneys fees award in your retention agreements? Right now I have it as basically a bonus in addition to the contingency, but I have a potential client asking that it be deducted from the gross amount for purposes of calculating the contingency.

My thing is, the fight for attorneys fees is a huge fight in and of itself (not to mention rarely awarded). What incentive do I have to fight for a fee award if I’m not really benefiting from it??

Soooo. I’ve had a recruiter tell me about 3 opportunities she thought I’d be good for and I expressed my interest in moving forward and learning more, etc.
Then, I don’t hear from her for over 2 weeks, and she tells me about the same 3 opportunities.....and I expressed my interest AGAIN. And now I haven’t heard from her for another week.
I don’t understand the process? Shouldn’t it be quicker. If she thinks I’m a good fit why hasn’t she set me up to talk to anyone yet?

I recently started a new sales position, and I know I’m making a lower commission rate than my male counterparts. Could be that I’m new, and they decided to lower it and not because I’m a female. My direct manager is trying to adjust it because we were both told 1% and when my commission started I was at .8%. Any advice would help, I never signed anything that had a commission rate on it. But I’m pretty sure our base as a company has always been 1%.

Is there any process to match pay as per the grade in Cap after few years of service I still feel pay is low based on my experience as per market standards considering I am poc for the project from offshore, nominated for onshore in process, handling team entire team n process from offshore, skilled professionals in functional and automation testing with 10 years experience.
