What’s the difference between transaction advisory service and strategy and transactions at EY (I know the latter is EYP, but don’t they do the same type of work?)

Today I see engineers barely with a few years of experience earning lakhs per month. Whereas me despite being in the right place at the right time is working hard 10-11 hours each day even today. Offer includes RSU’s that vest over 4 years for an IPO. 2 questions - if the company never goes public are they worth anything? Hey, I'm joining EY More Place office in Sept. 2 BHK preferred moving with family (3yo daughter) Would prefer a direct tube to More Place, within 45 mins travel time.

We'd wanted to stay in Harrow. However, there's no direct tube from Harrow on the hill to EY More Place. Am I putting too much imp on direct connection and overlooking Harrow?
