Male 🐠 has anyone had a hair transplant procedure with a doctor in the Chicagoland area they have had success with and would recommend?

Been struggling with hair loss and am taking minoxidil (Rogaine). A bit apprehensive to take finasteride due to the alleged side affects.

Hair loss isn’t a topic people typically talk about in the open and felt this is a great forum to do so.

Any advice / coping mechanisms for dealing with anxiety? I’ve never been to a therapy but I want to start. Also thinking about getting more into yoga and meditation. What helps me currently is going on walks while listening to podcasts and doing breathing exercises. Some days I feel fine and other days my anxiety is so bad I feel like I need ways to manage it better.
