#NewYearsGoals promotion via curr SM, then travel project->airline status->monthly wkend adventures (i.e. Actually living). If I'm working Mon-Wed night as it is, may as well be on the road w/ perks!
Can't decide if it's best to move to a less stressful job or not. Some days I love it, and am up for early promotion, other days I'm inconsolably sad and can't think of anything but applying elsewhere
For Accenture tech consulting, how typical is it to go from analyst to senior analyst after one year? What's the usual timeline for promotion and chargeability?
Hypothetical: you've been at your firm <1yr. Things are going well but you're not eligible for a promotion this year. Should you accept an offer from another firm for more money or stay?
Advice needed! Wanting to transfer to another office. But it's my promotion year. I'd know the result in May and the promotion is effective 7/1. How and when should I start the transfer process?

Someone on the so called xxxx council tried to get involved just to add something on the year end assessment to get promotion, in reality, they bad mouth ppl and yell at staff, how ridiculous!
Not throwing shade here but this constant stream of "raise" questions makes me wonder if a lot of people feel uncomfortable asking their teammates or literally work in an empty office by themselves
I know this has been asked a lot, but for Crowe in Chicago, what is the typical raise after your first year? Then from staff to senior?
Do skip level promotions at EY (i.e S1 to S3 or S2 to M1) come with a larger raise then the average raise if you were to move up in rank normally?

Does Deloitte Canada have an in-house immigration team that would be able to deal with LMIA or would they outsource?
If anyone can help me please.
Any advice for feeling cold socially at work? I’m the only project member under 30. All of my colleagues are older with families (kids) and don’t socialize or small talk at all. It’s wearing me down and taking the joy out of work.
Is there any stigma to saying no to an offer without another in hand? I landed an off-cycle offer at a decent fund but after thinking through, want to take a shot at some of my other funds as well

I have a PhD on a pretty rare subject, so I'm invaluable to my company. I want to quit and join another company, but I feel guilty because I know it would delay our project for months to find someone to replace me. Should I care?
