I'm getting burned out in my current role as a Sr. Solutions Architect. We're understaffed and management isn't doing anything about it. The AEs lean on us too much because nobody is technical enough to understand it let alone sell our products.. What options do I have for a lateral career change? I have 6+ YOE in tech presales. Willing to take a pay cut. Currently making ~$215k after variable and overtime pay. Looking to stay at or above $180k OTE if I pivot.
