Hi everyone how difficult it is too certified in AWS Developer Associate and Solutions architect.
For someone who has experience in Development
In Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

I also worked on some of the AWS Services like
EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS. I mean I use them by going to the Management console. Also has knowledge in VPC, subnets, security groups but i tend to forget some of these concepts.
Didn't take any formal course but learnt from blogs, youtube videos, LinkedIn course

Question to those people whose company have option to apply via workday for international locations. Have you ever tried or how it works? Do the hiring manager pursue to the interview or if the Indian manager causes some hinderance or some reasons s/he give to not pursue it?

I recently interviewed at a company and the hiring manager(HM) asked for my expected salary and said that he will make it same & forward to HR.
But had a HR discussion today and they are saying that it’s not in the budget and want to come down.
I went back to the HM, he said that he’ll be talking to the HR , and after that HM said that it’s a little hard for the leadership team and hence, would be discussing with the VP if that could be offered.Will they come back now or I lost job?

Despite cleared 8 rounds of interview and got offer letter from one of the FAANG companies
I boldly take decision to reject that offer and going to join in good wlb company

We know that sooner or later, most of the companies will start calling employees back in office to work.

Many of us find it easy to WFH/Remote. (Well many might like the opposite or hybrid and that's totally okay)

But If you were called by your employer and you convince that you can work better from home and agreed to extend or convert you to remote..!
