What’s the future of omnichannel fulfillment by 3PLs?

I am currently planning to relocate to the McKinney area in Texas. Does anyone have any advice on securing a job before relocation. I have the most experience in case management and community mental health.

Joined in Nov-2020 , with 2.5 years of YOE as a Solution advisor in Risk advisory. I worked with my peer for greater part till Feb-21 and could not get snapshpts from her as she was on the same level. So i as such do not have snapshots for last FY. What increment if any can i expect ? Given my performance has been good since the start. And have received snapshots from March onwards that have been favorable.

As it's review season - how would you flag to your boss that someone is being a jerk / not giving you the opportunity to step up and learn without sounding frustrated and resentful?

I recently bought a road bike; absolutely love it. I have wanted one for years but never wanted to take the ~$3k (all in with shoes, clothes, etc) plunge. Hi! I’ve been at Goldman for 10 months now and got approached by a faang recruiter and interviewed thinking it would be good practice. I ended up getting a product job and that was my long term plan post mba. The pay is also over double what I’m currently making. My boss isn’t the nicest and I’m really nervous about putting in my two weeks. Is it bad I’m leaving within 10 months? Any tips for putting in my two weeks or what to say? Received a written offer from Amazon 4 wks ago, pushed for higher level, reinterview. HM supported it but couldn’t get it done. My og offer went from start date of oct 10 to Jan 3rd. Recruiter said the numbers are locked. I couldn’t reach the HM. Running out of time I accepted. I contacted the HM again saying yay! I accepted. I Have been ghosted for 5 days. Recruiter said background check should come via email soon. Haven’t seen anything. Weirdest experience ever. Why wouldn’t the HM reply?

Hi all, I have the long-term goal of ultimately getting into a good Venture Capital firm at Associate level. I currently work at Amazon, did my undergrad and Masters in Economics at LSE. I have 2 main questions:
1) Is it even possible/feasible to pivot from Amazon to VC given my background?
2) I have the option to internally transfer in Amazon to a product/program manager role or AWS in a start-up Manager role - which of these would be best to maximise my chances of eventually getting into VC?

This is true for most companies, haven’t found a good answer to this.
