Got an offer from AWS amazon for non tech program manager L5. Total 37 LPA.. does that look good for a 12 year experience person . Current CTC 23.. that's the best offer I have but I was expecting more from amazon. That say that's the highest they can pay... does that look good. How do I tell my boss I’m not being paid enough when they think I’m being paid too much? I’m the business manager for a very small company but I literally do every job function from payroll and scheduling to HR, project management and outreach. Hi All! Someone recommended connecting with people via LinkedIn as a means to improve job searching. I understand the push for this, and know that it is effective, but I still have some reservations.

Specifically: (1) prior conversations with professionals who explicitly stating they felt like they were being used when people reached out on LinkedIn and (2) reluctance to share intimate details about current/past employment that’s publicly accessible.
