What's the going rate for b4 managers these days with 7-8 yoe? Considering a boomerang but might be seen as green for a director role since I left b4 as an SA.

I have 3 YOE. Completed BCA & MBA - Marketing (Sinhgad College). My current role is client partner where certain account are given me for cross sales. I'm working in Fintech industry and all my accounts are Banks/ NBFC.

My current CTC is 4.5 LPA. My expectations are 10 lpa because I have seen people in my company earning 12-14 with 3-4 YOE (sales, strategy team)

Just wanted to know are my expectations high? As market is hot I have people switching from 4 to 20 also.
