I just read Zoom chose Oracle cloud to expand its cloud. I cant fathom why Zoom made this deal because its existing cloud services are AWS and Azure. What do you guys think? Is Oracle cloud reliable?

I'm being paid 40% more than what I signed.

I thought about what would happen once compensations talks come up or even raises.

What would happen in my case would they lower it or keep it the same or agree to a raise?

So I just started at a new company about 5 months ago. I’m already looking to leave. My boss should not be in the director of HR role she in, she does not have the experience for it. She was put into that role because the prior director left and she was the senior most person on the team. I’m also not connecting with anyone on my team. I don’t feel fulfilled or happy here.
