My company has 12 weeks paid leave but I know they provide also short term leave/disability through Unum..does anybody know if you can short term disability during pregnancy like last month while you wait for the due date? I know most of the people that don’t have paid leave uses STD as main maternity leave, but what about when companies have paid maternal leave?
