I’m here for some advice. My wife cares so much about what everyone else thinks about her, coworkers, family, total strangers, and everyone in between. It leads to her feeling so stressed and worried about being and appearing perfect so that others will think well of her. The really sad part is so much of those negative feelings are self generated since she puts so much pressure on herself. I do try to support and encourage her of course. I just wish she’d take it easier on herself

Guys is dis a norm here to work for 12 - 13 hours on a daily basis - a really frustrated lateral 4 months old AC .

I need one suggestion, I am staying in a PG which is charging me a huge rent but refusing to provide me a rent agreement. My last organization only required me to upload landlord’s Pan and rent receipts to claim for HRA exemption but here in ZS the HR told that we would be required to compulsorily provide rent agreement.
Can we create our own rent agreement or can we claim HRA exemption in ZS only by uploading rent receipts? Or the only option I am left with is to change my PG?
