What's the interview process & salary band like for Huron's associate consultant position?

How am I doin? 27male not yet married about 30k in savings just got a job away from PA to make $125k a year.. How old are you, how much you make and how good do you think you’re doing in life so far.

I work at a small agency. I asked for a raise and was told you can get one in a few months if you do X,Y,Z but also keep in mind you make (on the low end of) what your position should make.

My question is—I wear many hats within my agency because we’re small and growing—So while I may be an art director, when needed I’m also a PA, or a production designer etc... SO shouldn’t my salary reflect that??

My office recently was acquired by a new owner. He's shown interest in me being his office manager. He's said after this transition period, that they want to give me the official title and pay yo compensate that. But it's been 4 months. The transition is over and I've been busting my butt. On all the documents I am the manager, yet I feel like they just gave me the title without the pay for it. Should I wait a bit longer and be patient, or should I speak up and ask for the raise?
