Working in Cognizant as Automation Tester. I have a package of 6.69Lakhs. What can I expect as CTC hike when I change company. I have 3 years of experience.

They are holding firm on this comp package and will not upgrade to senior. I think this is low with my years of experience. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I am working in Oracle from last 1.5 years, I felt stuck in project due to internal frameworks and tools. Felt only long run is good in company otherwise will stuck here. So want for switch and have offers Capgemini, CyberArk.
One is service based and incase if I don't feel work comfortable I can change to other client and job security wise good but hikes and benefits less. Other one is US based product started 2 years back, not sure about job security and work life balance. Suggest me week left

Hello All, Office Sup. for a major hospital, w/ 15 years experience. I have lots of experience in every position in the office, especially in training. I recently applied for an EPIC trainer position within the company and according to Glassdoor the average pay is about 23k more than what I currently make. I’m afraid of getting a lowball offer since 1. they obviously know my current salary and 2. I’d be new at this particular role, although I meet qualifications. Any advice if that’s the case?
