Our client recently launched their year-end evaluations for the first time since go-live and seems overly complicated. Looking to decrease the review sections, still allow a rating and use calibration.

Hi everyone - so I joined a new firm about 6 months ago from audit to financial due diligence. Since joining I’ve only been staffed on about 5 deals of which 2 died.
