With the long processing times PERM, is anyone here expecting gap in work? My PERM is expected this Dec2022 but my H1B expires on Feb2023. Not sure if EAD/GC will be received by Feb2023 and so my employer says that, I have to be terminated in payroll and rehire once I receive EAD. But luckily can stay in US since they will be able to file I-140/485 before Feb2023. I am just curious how to extend driver’s license, etc since this is also tied to expiration of H1B. I have an offer from epam system. A2 I have access to my offer I accepted it.
earlier I have access to the onboarding portal. but today I am not able to access the onboarding portal it says 1st accept your offer. I have already done it and when I go for the offer it shows offer accepted. only post joining is pending.
is it any issue with my offer?

I have joined epam one month ago and on bench since then. Couldn't clear 3 interviews for the projects. Feeling demotivated and scared. I had multiple offers with projects befor joining epam but chose epam. Should I wait or try outside now? Please advise.
