I have an interview scheduled with Barclays next week. HR told me that this will be a Business and controls interview. On asking what would this be around, she just told me that the panel would like to know more about you. She didn't say anything else. What can I expect from this round.
I gave one round before this one which was completely technical and from my CV

Depends on your level and location. For NYC—Copywriter: 80-90, Senior writer: 90-115, Copy sup: 115-140, Group sup 140-160.
In the US promo writing for pharma is called copywriting. Medical writer covers a much broader field of work and the pay can vary greatly depending on the specific field.
Yeah what kind of medical writer? Most agencies I’ve worked at don’t have medical writers on staff. They’re more used in a freelance capacity when needed, and they can command a high hourly rate. Maybe $150+ per hour if you have an advanced science degree. Some agencies do have medical strat on staff, however, also more highly paid. They are usually PhDs or PharmDs, the occasion MD. They don’t usually write, though; they typically consult across accounts as needed when high science is involved.
Agencies that specialize in med ed have med writers on staff.
Depends on the city, agency, level of experience and which advanced degree you hold. For entry that sounds a bit high, but for someone with a few years experience in a major city (like NY) that sounds about right.
For a PhD straight out of grad school/post doc or an PharmD straight out of school, entry level medical writers start at $80-85K. Senior medical writer I see $90-95K, Associate Medical Director up to $125K.
