Spent 4+ years as CMO of startup company. It was an incredible learning experience but also a very difficult uphill battle trying to steer the owners and the company in the right direction. I’ve just exited the company as of 11/18. The owners expected to storm the marketplace and emerge as a number one brand at only 6 years old without putting in the work.Company had a very hard time understanding the concept of a unique value proposition. Hoping to find a new remote (full time) position ASAP

Was working really late one night, barely anyone in the office. I decide to send a cheeky pic to the guy I'm dating in the full-length mirror in the women's restroom. Someone walks in on me with my skirt hiked up and my ass in my thong out, taking a pic in the mirror. We didn't say a word about it.
Tried to leave a partners office and walked into the glass wall instead of the door

I walked all around the office once with a rip straight down the ass crack of my jeans and didnt notice it till after lunch 😭
I worked with a super small team at the time so maybe they didn’t notice? But they probably did 😂
We noticed.
One time I went to get a small biopsy done on my back. They numbed me, did the work, bandaged me up and I went back to the office.
A while later, as I got up I noticed the back of my chair was sticky. Went to the bathroom and realized I had a blood stain with the circumference of a large grapefruit on my shirt. Nobody had said a word.
Guess not 🥺
Didn’t happen to me, but my coworker stopped in the bathroom right when she got to work and another girl was pleasuring herself. The other girl then made a comment to my coworker along the lines of this is the best way I know how to start my day.
Well now that we are all working from home I guess we could try that and see if it’s true.
My first week as a first year associate, a senior associate asked me to check the data room for a document. Bright eyed and bushy tailed, I eagerly said “will do!” and then asked what floor the data room was on. I can still hear the laughter.

On an informal call with a team from work and I thought I’d turned my camera off before joining. It was a PTO day for me so I hadn’t combed my hair or dressed up. I was also working on a writing assignment for a class I’m taking and not tuned in because I didn’t think anyone could see me. There were only appx 10 other people on that call so I can imagine all eyes were on me. When I looked up and saw my own God awful face on my screen I almost screamed and immediately turned my camera off. I was and am still embarrassed 😳.

That’s terrible! Something similar happened to a partner at my firm once. He was shirtless with only a towel on his bottom half during a video call and had no idea. He said he was grateful as hell that he hadn’t been trying to get dressed!

An MD walked into a meeting late and tried to subtly sit down where there wasn’t actually space on a bench on the back wall, so he sat half ON me. I bristled and said “Excuse me,” and he shrugged it off and then proceeded to stay, spread out his laptop and work elbows akimbo across my lap for the remainder of the meeting

Yeppp. I had a great relationship with my AD at the time and she immediately reported it to HR
