Where and what are these companies in Michigan?!
https://news.crunchbase.com/news/fastest-growing-states-venture-capital-investment/?fbclid=IwAR1UCtZz5yfouD8KgP0CkkPkJaqbn_tFN2KStoBYd6nbrsPjISL-pGASceQ
According to the article Michigan was the fastest growing state for venture capitalists, but as a native to Michigan, I have no idea how to find these startups? Anyone know how to? Working in a startup atmosphere or for a startup sounds so fun to me, but I just don’t know how to meet people also interested in this topic local to me.

What do you mean by hassle free? Like low taxes? If so, Nevada and Delaware are a favorite. But don’t forget most states require you to be registered in their state if you are doing business there so while you could register in another state you’d still, likely, have to register in your home state.
This. I use Delaware.
Utah?
I always see NV and DE used
It doesn’t really matter but if you’re registering an entity in any state, but have nexus in a different one, then you’re going to have to qualify in the “foreign” state anyway in which case it’s just easier to qualify the entity in the “foreign” state to begin with
It also depends on what kind of business you are starting. Also some states don’t have sales tax, so that can be an incentive for clients.
