Rock star. The person using it was also looking for a rock star assistant to make $7.50 an hour. There was a lot of debate over who would work for that. She defended it by saying it's a great starting salary. Yeah, but if you're a rock star, you're not just starting. If you're just starting, you're not a rock star.
