I think she probably had some mental health issues and the manager did not know how to handle. She should have been rolled off cause the client partners were pretty uncomfortable from that point on and who could blame them. The consultant was better after that I assume stayed on her medication. Never discussed. I agree usually it's men that are more likely to act out. Sorry guys!

On the plane Thursday, older guy sitting next to me (not sure which company) noticed I had a cover on my laptop camera - reminded him of an incident where someone started giving a presentation and their webcam turned on without them knowing. And that person was sitting on the toilet.. presenting... and apparently the angle of the camera gave a full frontal.

A consultant screaming f**ck at our team and the client partners while ripping the computer out of the wall and storming out. Oddly enough she stayed in the project. That surprised me.

Ummm. I've had someone assume the 'fighting stance' in a meeting. This included fists up and saying 'do you want to take this outside?'

Making a mistake is when you screw up a graphic on a slide that goes out. Ripping a computer out in a tirade is a problem.

One time I was in a meeting with my team and our manager got mad and said "I can't stand all y'all n***as"...but this is when I worked at Deloitte...let's just say she no longer worked for the firm the last time I checked

Our client insisted we played musical chairs with them at their holiday party. They were hammered. We all conveniently lost very quickly

I think more consultants should be allowed to make mistakes. We are human.
