Trying to reach recruiter but they are not receiving my calls either from last week.
on Ionboard portal I can see the 50% process has beed completed.
Is this a normal process in HCL ?

I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k. All of my performance reviews have been positive and I have been the lead/only BI developer on two of our largest and most public projects this year. I am leaving Deloitte to work for a Dubai based company.

At Deloitte i was getting 2 lakhs a month in hand and at Dubai they are paying me 20k per month and some yearly bonus component.

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

I have close to 9 years (8.8 )years of experience so what should be the designation to demand or what can they provide? And how and what are the roles and responsibilities of c2 level! I saw here someone getting a manager designation at 7 year of experience at much less package hence asking.

I got offer from TCS in February and accepted the offer letter.
My BGC is done.

But my current company (Capgemini) is retaining me with the same package tcs offered. I also got one more offer from cognizant also , which is little bit higher than tcs ans Capgemini.

Can someone please let me know now if i am not joining TCS are they going to blacklist my candidature. Or can i apply in TCS again.

Also please suggest should i get retained or join new company ( TCS / CTS).

I'm manual tester & they have assigned me QET automation UFT, QET Automation Selenium and QET Automation API which are not my skillsets. I told them to change it, my manager has also send them mail saying that she is manual tester not automation please assign her manual assessment but they haven't done that yet.
