Hi all, my YOE is 1 year I got a offer for Senior Analyst - Decision Sciences from HSBC for 8.5lpa is it good or am I getting underpaid?

I’m working as an associate at a mid-size firm of about 140 attorneys, but was just offered a position with an AM 100 as a staff attorney with the possible bump to associate within a year. Is this a good move? Billable hours and salary are the same the first year. Any advice is appreciated!

Hi- I got two raises last year (one with promotion last December). I believe I am underpaid- partly for my own lack of speaking up and negotiating and not making the best career moves.

Any tips or advice for Deloitte GPS case interviews?

Need advice! I’m currently interviewing for an account executive role and there’s a couple of red flags that have come up. 1. They aren’t able to tell me when I would have to relocate for the remote role I applied for. 2. Midway through the interviews—-the team decided to bump me down to a level lower which changes the base salary and commission. The recruiter is also unable to disclose why the team made that decision which makes me uncomfortable. What would you recommend?

Help please! Just seeking calibration / data points. Total household income = $350k. HCOL / high tax area (nyc, so state and city taxes). We are a couple with no kids, no debt. Rent and utilities is 3.2k monthly (combined). Car payment + insurance is 420/month. What sounds like (or if you’re in a similar situation, what is) reasonable avg total monthly spend (incl all expenses even if one-time like travel etc).
