What's the range of CTC a SAP SD MM Functional Consultant can get with 4 YOE?

I’ve been trying to get a promotion/raise since a few months ago, where I’m at doesn’t have formal reviews so I’ve been setting up meetings with my GCDs and the talent director to subtly hint that I would like to get to that next level and ask what they needed to see from me, the CCO has also mentioned that I’m on the list but it’s been a couple months since and nothing still. I don’t want to come off pushy but also don’t want to be led on, should I bring it up again or just start looking?

I have got offer from deloitte of 10 LPA for consultant role after I showed them my counter offer of 9.3 LPA. I am having 3.5 yr exp in sap sd. Is this a good offer from deloitte seeing the current market scenario? I was expecting 12-13 lpa based on counter offer from deloitte.
