What’s the range of total pay (bonus included) for a 1 year MBA associate at an investment bank

Just promoted to M1 in Michigan. Base salary is now $88,300 (+4% bonus of $3k for total of $91,300). Wondering how this compares to others out there, and if I should be happy or disappointed, lol.

I’m struggling between 2 offers:
MBB SA (175K TC) and FANG Financial Analyst (220K TC). I’ve wanted to work for MBB for 4 years, but I’m about to head to get an MBA. Neither will sponsor but MBB will allow me to come back as post-MBA level even with ~4 months of experience pre-MBA. Can I go wrong here? I don’t know what I want to do long term yet and I’m hoping my MBA can help me figure it out

Will it reflect badly on my mba applications if I quit McK in 6 months to join a startup (unicorn series E funded)? By the time i apply i would have ~7mo exp at the startup. If I’m sure I will be going to back to school, does it make sense to just continue with McK to the get the best of the brand value?

She suggested that I go to Hajj this year. I told her that I'd rather spend that 8k-12k on feeding the poor/needy i can help countless families, orphans,and widows with that much money.
