What’s the salary band (fixed component) for managers with SnT TSE?

Should I transition to a tech sales job? Thoughts on risk vs reward? I am 34 yo, married with a baby incoming. I work at Google Cloud in solutions engineering (I help develop quantitative business cases with sales teams for customers). My cash base + bonus is $220k (going to ignore equity). I have an MBA from the University of Chicago, not that it matters much in sales. I have always been in a consulting role but I think I can make more in sales. I have a competitive personality and I am bored.

What’s the base salary for a director and senior director at A&M, and what is the realistic bonus target range? Do SM3s generally come in as senior directors or director?

How much can Infosys offer for a 6+ yoe in MERN stack? My current CTC is 14.3 lacs

Holy stacking SPG bonuses - 1k / stay regular promo + 7.5k over 2 stays personal promo + new 5k over 3 stays WorldRewards promo + 10k / 25 nights regular promo. Looking at avg >10k / stay for my next 3 stays at only $250/night. That's >35% back.

Is EY GDS worth joining?
They are offering 70% hike on my current CTC.

I’ve been approached my by company (software) that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. I realized recently that I can turn my “super associate” persona at any time. I had it off during covid when my kids needed me and got a bad review. So now it’s back on. I just learned that the supplemental long term disability policy offered by my firm does not cover any disability caused or significantly contributed to by pregnancy or childbirth. This feels really discriminatory and unfair to me that the firm would only offer this policy. Women are expected to bear the burden and risk of pregnancy (often more than once) and if there is a complication they don’t get benefits?! Does your firm have this policy exclusion?

Its been more than a week since there is no response from HR side/GDS team.

Does this mean that they did not consider me? Because I believe that HR asking for docs is a clear indication that I cleared my interviews.

Is this a norm? Any suggestions on how to proceed?
