What’s the base salary at other B4’s (NYC, tax staff 2)?

Needing help on deciphering my true salary for the time being. I graduated at 17 with an associate’s in Cyber Defense. The company I am with has me listed as a field service specialist(6 month intern, 4month full time), however, I’ve picked up on different roles like project manager, systems admin, project engineer etc. I’ve been getting good experience but at what point do I need to discuss salary or move on? I’m currently making 45k which I feel like is low after gaining some insight .

What’s an appropriate base salary for a pharma marketing DTC Director for a blockbuster biologic that’s on tv? What are typical bonuses and LTI? We only have 18% bonus and $37k LTI per year (approximately depending on stock price) for directors. Our base salaries are all over the place for directors.

I find myself only caring about projects I can put into my portfolio and then when those go into production I become an overbearing a$$hole. Is that just me?

Either I love the job and I’m grossly underpaid or the job is totally mediocre but the money is great. Is it really possible to have it all or do I need to lower my standards?
