I got offer for NielsenIQ for Pune location. Want to know about WLB and how the variable salary is getting paid .

I am the General Manager at an Allstate agency in north Texas. I sell about half the day. The other half is training, interviewing, and other managerial duties. The owner is rarely in the office and very hands off. I step in for service when needed. Anyone in the same role willing to share your salary/pay structure? With all I do and the hours required to get the job done, I feel under paid. Just want to see if my thoughts are out of line.

Just finished my second negotiation @ my fintech startup:

$110M valuation post series A, raising a $100M series B in the next 5 months @ $1Bn valuation.

Initial comp:
$85K equity + $10K bonus + $100K salary

New comp:
$175K equity (at same valuation - about 0.14%) + $140K salary

How does this compare with other companies at this level?

Realistically if you are not in a solutions architect / maker role, where do our salaries top out for non-PPMD jobs? IE. HCD strategy/design. Finding it hard to get a consistent look across firms.

When telling a Product based company on my expectations while Interviewing, what should I tell, only about how much hike I need over my CTC or should I tell how much RSUs I need too?

If yes on the RSU part, how to come to a conclusion on what amount of RSUs to ask for(considering most Product based companies have a 3/4 year vesting policy)?

I am currently working as a paralegal in a small/mid sized firm where compensation as far as salary is limited. Recently I have decided to leave and have started doing initial interviews with very large firms. When the question of compensation always comes up of course I want to say the highest number possible. Is this a turn off? Should I try to be more realistic in the number that I give or shoot for the stars?

What are some ways that you organize your emails so that you are able to quickly reference drafts that have either been sent to the client or op counsel and otherwise to identify important transactional documents (I.e. signature pages, execution versions and executed docs) that have been sent out by the team? Very close to receiving a job offer for a fast growin start-up company related to dental. It is located in SF which unfortunately is not Americas most expensive city to live in (I’d have to move there).
